The sweepstakes: From 01/09/12 through 02/10/12, Cookies In Bloom will promote,
by means of One (1) Free Cookie Bouquet to 5 Email subscribers and 5 Facebook Fans at the www.cookiesinbloom.com website the
opportunity to submit entries to win a grand prize as detailed below.
www.cookiesinbloom.com advertising may also be used to promote the sweepstakes
beginning 01/09/12 through 02/10/12.
Eligibility: In order to submit entries, You must be 18 years of age, living in
the United States. Only one entry per person. Any individuals (including but not
limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who
have, within the past six months, performed services for Cookies In Bloom or any
organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising
or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent,
subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and
household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play.
"Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children,
stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean
people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.
How to enter: (I) Submit your email address into the webpage:
www.cookiesinbloom.com/EmailSweepstakes.aspx. (II) include requested information
(Name, Birthday, Email Address, and Zip Code) to Cookies in Bloom on a plain 8
½" by 11" piece of paper. Entries must be mailed to Cookies In Bloom Newsletter
Sweepstakes, c/o Cookies in Bloom 7208 La Cosa Dr. Dallas, TX 75248. All
sweepstakes entries become the property of Cookies in Bloom and will not be
returned and may be used by Cookies in Bloom for any purpose and in any media in
perpetuity.
How to win: The 10 Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing
conducted from all qualified entries on or about once a week starting Friday January 13, 2012 until February 10, 2012.
In the event
that the original Grand Prize winner(s) does not meet Official Rules or eligibility
requirements, or he/she forfeits the Grand Prize, Cookies In Bloom will award
the prize to first alternate. Process will continue until Grand Prize is
awarded.
All entries must be received on or before 02/10/12 (February 10, 2012). The
selection will be held the week of February 16, 2012. Decision of the judges and
Cookies in Bloom is final. The Grand Prize winner(s) will be notified by email and
must meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Cookies in Bloom,
its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for
illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy
phone signals, or incomplete entries.
Grand Prize: Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will receive one (1) Free
7-piece Cookie Bouquet. Approximate total value of the email subscriber grand
prize is $56.50 and does not include shipping or tax.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions
of prizes by winner. However, Cookies in Bloom reserves the right to substitute
similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is
unavailable for any reason. Individual winner is solely responsible for all
applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.
The Grand Prize winner, by submitting their email address, agrees to the:
Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that :
a) releases, indemnifyies and holds harmless Cookies in Bloom its parent,
affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers,
directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and
promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all
harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising
from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b)
authorizes the Releasee to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs,
voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by
law.
Prize will not be released until Cookies in Bloom verifies all information
submitted through the Cookies in Bloom website (www.cookiesinbloom.com). Failure
of Grand Prize winner to agree to the terms within the required timeframe will
result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be
awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner
forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to Cookies in Bloom
within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.
Unforeseen Events: Cookies in Bloom reserves the right to change this
sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that Cookies in Bloom become
aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the
sweepstakes security or fairness. Cookies in Bloom reserves the right to
announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters.
Cookies in Bloom is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept
the prize for any reason.
List of Winners: For a copy of winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped
envelope to: Cookies in Bloom 7208 La Cosa Dr.Dallas, TX 75248. In your request,
state that you would like a copy of the "winners list" between 02/16/12, and
02/18/12.
